Job Description
Overseeing the financial operations of the hospital, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Implementing financial controls and procedures to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.
Supervising the accounting team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Managing tax planning and compliance activities, including filing tax returns and responding to tax inquiries from authorities.
Providing financial analysis and strategic insights to support decision-making by senior management.
Negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers to optimize cost-effectiveness and service quality.
Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies to protect the hospital's assets and reputation.
Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance and accounting department.

Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
Proficiency in financial management software and systems, as well as Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Leadership abilities, including team management, delegation, and mentorship.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure.
