Mr Rajeev Takru has worked with the Tea Industry for over four decades in multi-dimensional management and leadership roles, with operational experience over several functional areas both in India and overseas. He was also associated with the Company's business strategy of organic growth and acquisitions and led a team of professionals to develop ambitious business strategies with long term objectives. He was also associated, since inception, with the setting-up of a residential Public School in Assam, and served on the Governing Body of the School for over 10 years. He served on the Council of the Agricultural Committee of the Tea Research Association.
