Dr. Ghoshdastidar completed his MD in Tropical Medicine from University of Calcutta, India. He has earned MRCP from Edinburgh, UK. He has over two decades of experience in India and abroad with premium tertiary care hospitals. Prior to joining Woodlands Hospitals, he was the Chief Medical Advisor (East Zone) in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation limited. He also worked at Ipswich Hospital and Rotherham General Hospital in UK.

Clinical Expertise / Interests

During his stay as a Consultant at Rotherham General Hospital & Ipswich Hospital in UK he has worked in various fields of Medicine with particular expertise and experience in Geriatrics , Diabetics and Endocrinology.

Academic Expertise

He has a keen interest in teaching, research and publication and has several publications in national and international journals to his credit. He is also actively involved in CME's and teaching programs. He has worked to the capacity of course coordinator and mentor of DNB - Family Medicine & as chair , Scientific Committee for many years. He is a founder member and currently Hony. secretary of Integrated Diabetes and Endocrine Academy (IDEA).
