Roles & Responsibilities: - Responsible for the appointment scheduling for the different consultants.
- Authorized to collect the OPD feedback forms, scrutinize and submit it to the higher authority.
- Authorized to deal with the complicated issues and report to Manager.
- To meet and greet patients, members of the public and visitors to the practice in a friendly and courteous manner
- Comply with all in house and statutory Health & Safety procedures
- Filing of medical notes, letters, test results and other correspondence
- Register new patients on the computer system
- Attend training courses in house and externally to develop expertise and further knowledge
Desired Candidate Profile: - Minimum 1-2 years experience required in similar profile.
- Candidate must be from English Medium background
- Female candidates preferable
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills
