Roles & Responsibilities: - Compiling patient health information records/files
- Coordinates and maintains patient movement reports and registers
- Performs quantitative analysis on patient records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Improving data fetching, patient care and expenditure control with the help of advanced technologies
- Using clinical coding to record illnesses and treatments on patient records.
- Maintaining digital records of every patient’s medical history
- Helping with departmental audits and investigations.
Desired Candidate Profile: - Minimum 10 years experience required in the desired profile.
- Excellent in MS Office and EMR usage.
- Advanced understanding of medical terminology and administration processes.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
